A leading distributor of inverter and energy storage technology is expanding its Australian operations and is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Operations Manager to help build the systems, processes, and rhythm that will scale their commercial success. Working closely with leadership across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, you’ll be the operational backbone of a business that’s quickly becoming one of the most trusted names in residential and small-commercial solar and battery distribution. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves structure, data, and problem solving — and who thrives in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment. The Opportunity Design, document, and continually improve the end-to-end sales process (from lead to invoice). Partner with sales and supply chain teams to improve forecasting, delivery accuracy, and customer experience . Serve as CRM administrator (NetSuite experience preferred) — maintain data hygiene, reporting, and user training. Build and manage sales dashboards covering pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, margin, and performance insights. Manage pricing frameworks, discount controls, and bid approvals , ensuring margin discipline and consistency. Coordinate order-to-cash operations between logistics, finance, and sales teams. Support quota setting, commission plans , and performance tracking. Lead cross-functional improvement projects — new tools, systems integrations, and process automation. About You Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both verbal and written). 2 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or business process management . Background in solar, renewables, or electrical distribution preferred. Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with CRM (NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) . Strong grasp of forecasting, pricing, and pipeline analytics . Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple departments and cultures.
