About the Job Seize this incredible opportunity to lead the Parts operations for a respected agricultural machinery dealer in Central West NSW! Based in Forbes , with responsibility for a smaller satellite branch in the region , you'll be instrumental in driving sales and maximising customer satisfaction across a key farming region. You'll report directly to the Branch Manager, with a dotted line to the Group Aftermarket Manager, giving you great exposure within a supportive, family-oriented business culture. This role is critical to the branch's success, focusing on optimising processes, ensuring high-level internal and external customer service, and coordinating inventory to maximise return on investment. Key Role Responsibilities Execute best-practice Parts Department processes to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Lead and assist with counter sales to support customer needs. Manage an accurate and effective parts inventory control system. Facilitate the development, coaching, and training of parts personnel. Maximise the use of order discount programmes to achieve stock goals. Required Skills & Experience Solid experience (3 years) in Parts Department operations, ideally within agricultural or heavy machinery. Strong ability to lead and communicate effectively with individuals and groups. Good understanding of financial principles relative to Parts and Aftermarket operations. Excellent customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations. Capacity to analyse and interpret internal reports to drive business improvement. This challenging but rewarding position comes with a competitive salary package of a base of c. $115k (negotiable) c. $20% bonus vehicle. Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
