ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager with a strong piling background to join a top-tier contractor on a major mining project in Western Australia. This FIFO role (from anywhere in Australia) will oversee the delivery of a piling package valued at over $60M. Main Duties Manage and lead all aspects of piling and associated civil construction activities on-site. Drive project delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently met. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient project workflow. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to maximise site productivity. Provide technical expertise, leadership, and mentoring to project teams. Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and records. Requirements 10 years’ experience delivering large piling projects. Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects in FIFO environments. In-depth knowledge of piling methodologies (CFA, bored piles, driven piles, Secant walls) and ground improvement techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines to achieve project objectives.
