You’ll mostly be outdoors doing yard and grounds work, but you’ll also jump in across the property as needed. Duties include: Keeping the grounds and public areas tidy & clean Running bins, basic maintenance, and general outdoor work Assisting in the shop – stocking shelves, serving customers, cash handling Making coffees & offering genuine, friendly service Helping other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) as needed Reporting maintenance issues and supporting the team wherever required About You You’re a team player with a can-do attitude and a taste for the outback lifestyle. You’ll need: Excellent customer service skills Manual driver’s licence Experience making coffees (bonus!) Ability to obtain RSA & Food Handlers Certificates Physically fit, outdoorsy & adaptable Willing to live remotely and commit for at least 4 months (longer = better!)
