The Opportunity: Join the Culinary team at Crystalbrook Flynn and bring your passion for food to life in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that celebrates modern dining and bold flavours. This casual position offers 16–24 hours per week, providing flexibility and the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment. As a Cook, you will assist our Chefs with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes - maintaining consistency, care and attention to detail with every plate. You will take pride in working within a clean, well-organised kitchen, upholding safety and hygiene standards, and supporting a positive, collaborative team culture. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves the energy of service, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team that values creativity, quality and excellence. The Talent: You are enthusiastic, reliable and take pride in your craft. With a strong work ethic and genuine love for food, you approach every shift with curiosity and care - contributing to a kitchen culture that is professional, supportive and passionate about quality.
