On behalf of the company, we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the office to support ongoing HVAC and duct installation projects across multiple sites. Coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation between field supervisors, trades, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage office resources, including staff allocations, equipment, and supplies, to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with safety and project timelines. Maintain accurate records of employee timesheets, project costs, and subcontractor documentation. Ensure all company and client documentation, including compliance certificates, safety forms, and job reports, are completed, filed, and accessible. Oversee procurement and inventory management of office and site-related materials. Support HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and relevant employment and industry legislation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance communication, productivity, and quality standards within the organization. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Leadership and Management or related field. At least 1 year of experience in office management. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, based on a 38-hour work week.
