This role starts with a regular Wednesday shift (10:00am – 2:00pm), with the goal of building into ongoing daily support for the right person. Key Responsibilities: Full personal care including showering, grooming, and toileting Bowel care (training can be provided) Manual handling and transfers (hoist experience preferred) Light domestic assistance Encouraging independence and supporting daily routines Maintaining a safe and respectful environment About You You’re a caring, mature-minded support worker who takes pride in providing quality, person-centered care.
