The Position: Organising Sales Agent listings collateral including market updates and contracts of sale Administration duties, data entry and database management Efficiently liaising with all conveyancers, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms Preparing documentation and correspondence associated with the sale of real property Processing contracts and associated documentation Liaising with internal and external Conveyancing and Legal teams, as well as Sales teams Input contract information into relevant Contract Management Systems Reporting from CRM as required Monitor contract dates including Subject to Finance, Payment of Deposits and Settlements The Ideal Candidate Great for a Sales Administrator to progress into a Contracts admin role Previous Real Estate Contracts experience and strong knowledge of QLD contracts essential Current Certificate of registration Very Strong Admin & organisation skills Strong customer service skills Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes Understanding of the real estate sales process Benefits: Supportive directors & sales team Learn from the best in the business Incentives & work events!
