Responsibilities: Hands-on involvement with all farm activities.infrastructure management and maintenance. Ensure farm efficiency, productivity & safety across all daily operations. Work closely with agronomists, contractors, and suppliers. Requirements: Prior experience in row cropping and/or cotton-growing. The ability to work independently and as a team member. Prior experience operating and maintain agricultural machinery. Must be familiar with farm machinery and tractor driving A commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and results.
