Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred support in clients’ daily activities. Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercise routines. Prepare meals and assist with household duties. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor, record, and report changes in clients’ health and wellbeing. Requirements Fluent English communication skills – Essential Experience in Mental Health and Complex Behaviour – Highly Regarded Experience supporting immobile participants – Highly Regarded Competent in Medication Administration Strong documentation and reporting skills (care plans, shift notes, incident reports) Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Manual Handling experience NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Certification Police Check Working With Children Check (WWCC) NDIS Orientation Modules Infection Control Certificate Full working rights in Australia Minimum 2–5 years of experience in disability or aged care support Minimum 3 contactable professional references Join us in making a difference, one person at a time!
