About the Role As Head of Design, you’ll lead and inspire the in-house design team, guiding the creative and technical direction of every project. You’ll combine creative flair with commercial acumen to deliver designs that excite customers, maintain quality, and drive business performance. Working closely with Construction, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll ensure every design reflects the brand promise — high-quality, functional, and beautifully designed dwellings that feel like home.
