Indigeco is supporting a NSW Government Department in sourcing multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their Gosford Contact Centre team, supporting NSW’s Road Safety lines. This is an exciting contract opportunity with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and making a real impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service across inbound channels for Road Safety enquiries. Accurately handle customer data, follow procedures, and resolve queries efficiently. Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment where quality and accuracy are key. Participate in structured training and ongoing skill development with support from SMEs and Team Leaders. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of customer service experience (contact centre, admin, or retail). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer literacy — proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite. Good typing and data entry skills, with attention to detail and email etiquette. Prior experience in government or office-based environments is an advantage. Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing workloads.
