An opporutnity for a Finance Manager to join a property fund on an initial 12-month contract. The role provides the opportunity for a professional to oversee and optimise financial operations within the organisation. The role will play a lead role in the FP&A space taking full control of the end to end budgeting and forecasting process as well as producing the year end financial accounts for their multiple entities. Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following: Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Monitor and improve financial processes and systems. Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives. Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders. Profile A successful Finance Manager/Financial Controller should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance. Background in business services or audit ideal Proven experience in the property industry or a related sector Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
