Capral is seeking an experienced Fabricator Technical Support & Training Specialist to join our team in Huntingwood. This exciting full-time role is focused on supporting our Fabricator network, Account Managers, and Customer Service team through expert training, technical assistance, and hands-on support. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with Capral’s fabricator network. Provide product and tooling training to Account Managers and Customer Service teams. Deliver expert technical support to fabricators – including product selection, tooling, and fabrication best practices. Support with estimation software and tooling setup/maintenance. Conduct regular on-site visits to fabricators to ensure tooling is operational and well-maintained. Offer project-specific solutions that comply with Australian Standards. Monitor market and competitor activity; suggest product improvements or innovations. Uphold the highest standards of Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E).
