Description Our Head Office at Sydney International Airport is seeking a Regional Quality and Safety Administrator to provide administrative, analytical and operational support to the Regional Quality and Safety Manager and the broader Quality and Safety team. The role will assist with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the ExecuJet MRO Safety Management System (SMS), quality assurance activities, training, and safety promotion, while helping to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Organise and administer the ExecuJet MRO Safety Programme. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS). Conduct data analysis and monitor safety trends to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate and communicate on safety-related issues within the organisation. Assist in SMS and Safety Action Group meetings and participate in Safety Committees. Manage aviation safety occurrence reports and assist with follow-up actions and closure. Perform hazard identification and safety risk analysis. Collect and analyse aviation safety culture surveys and related data. Plan and deliver aviation safety promotion and staff safety training. Assist with evaluation, corrective and preventative actions relating to quality and safety functions. Authority to provide findings, observations, and recommendations directly to the Regional Compliance Manager. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Degree qualifications in Aviation Management or similar. Experience in aviation safety or compliance roles, ideally within an MRO or similar environment would be highly regarded, but not essential. Resourceful, self-motivated, and focused on achieving goals and objectives. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders. Represent the high standards of safety and quality that is the ExecuJet MRO Services Group.
