Weekend penalty rates also apply. Our Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations. Our Wacol Fulfilment Centre operates as a team of around 150 members. With over 46,000 products on site, ranging from garden care to full house build and everything in between, our stock changes seasonally to best support our customers. We average around 4,000 customer orders each week, supplying mainly to metro areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast You will be responsible for supporting the safe and smooth delivery of stock to our customers, working alongside a productive, fast-paced team in an operational fulfilment centre environment. What’s involved: Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products Contribute positively to the team culture Strong focus on safety and training protocols Communicating within a large-scale diverse team Who we’re looking for: Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced fulfilment centre environment. The ideal candidate is good team player with a passion for operations and customer service. You’ll have prior experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, can think well on your feet and have a strong focus on positive results while fostering a positive team culture. You’ll need: Proven experience in manual handling within a similar environment (e.g. warehousing), with responsibilities such as order picking, cycle counting, and product sequencing, while consistently applying safe lifting techniques and adhering to manual handling safety guidelines.
