I’m a 28-year-old woman living with a psychosocial disability in West Richmond. I’m looking for a friendly, reliable support worker to join my amazing team. I love swimming, going on community walks, watching movies, and I’m improving my physical fitness. I would love support with activities inclusive of attending medical appointments, medication assistance and encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily living tasks and personal care Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement Manage risk and ensure safety at all times Engage in person centred active support Maintain accurate records and documentation The Shifts This role offers a flexible, lifestyle-friendly roster with short shifts which is perfect for students or those with other commitments. Shifts will be offered as per below: Monday to Friday- 3 hours in the morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 2 hours in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday - 2.5 hours in the morning from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and 2 hours in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check Driver’s Licence First Aid & CPR Certificate Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant qualification) About You I’m looking for someone who’s: Creative, positive, and patient Keen to help me live a healthy, active life Flexible and open to learning Experience with behaviour support, trauma-informed care, or mental health (especially borderline personality disorder) is a plus , but not essential.
