Job Description As part of a conditional, binding agreement to acquire another Australian payment services provider, subject to regulatory approvals, we are looking for a Workstream Lead to join our Program team. The Workstream Lead – Marketing, Finance & People is accountable for leading the integration workstream focused on Marketing and Brand, Finance, and People & Culture for the Program. The role will drive alignment across both organisations to ensure a seamless transition and unified operating model in these domains. This includes overseeing client experience continuity, brand harmonization, financial integration, and cultural alignment. You’ll also make an impact by: Working closely with the Integration Management Office and Business teams, this role orchestrates delivery across multiple streams ensuring a smooth and high-impact transition aligned with Cuscal’s growth and reputation objectives. As a Line 1 representative, the role also ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements by identifying, documenting and mitigating potential compliance and operational risks throughout the integration lifecycle. Lead planning and execution of integration activities across Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture. Partnering with stakeholders to define and deliver a unified client experience and brand identity. Overseeing financial systems and reporting integration, ensuring compliance and transparency. Supporting HR and People teams in aligning policies, practices, and cultural values. Identifying risks and dependencies across workstreams and proactively manage resolution. Providing regular updates to the Integration Program Director and Steering Committee. Qualifications What you’ll bring You’ve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; you’ve got excellent communication skills and a real knack for influencing and negotiating. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about Agile ways of working. To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Proven experience in integrating business functions within post-acquisition integration, merger or large-scale transformation environments. Strong understanding of functional domains including Marketing, Finance and People & Culture, and stakeholder communications. Demonstrated success in aligning business processes, technology and reporting frameworks across merged entities. Exceptional planning and delivery skills, with experience in governance reporting and executive communication. Strong financial management experience, including budget integration and vendor rationalisation. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
