About the role As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the final phases of a strategic transition and drive operational excellence post-implementation. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of facilities management across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead the transition and mobilisation of the new FM operating model across NSW. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure high service standards. Implement and support technology tools for room management, work orders, and financial systems. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years' experience in facilities management, including 5 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage facilities across multiple locations. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
