Working within a supportive and innovative team, you'll play a key role in developing technical programs that support dealers, technicians, and fleet customers. You'll also act as a backup technical trainer, delivering sessions when required. The Position Reporting into the National Training Manager you will: Design, develop, and desktop publish Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning technical materials Collaborate with internal departments to align training with business and technical objectives Conduct T rain the Trainer sessions and deliver technical training to dealer and fleet personnel as required Create engaging training aids, resources, and technical publications to support learning outcomes Provide technical advice and input into future training strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure training quality, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction across all programs The Candidate The successful applicant will have will possess the following skills: Minimum 2 years' experience developing automotive technical training materials Relevant trade qualifications and practical hands-on industry experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Strong understanding of automotive technology, including electrical and electronic systems Excellent communication and writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded A valid Driver's Licence (HR licence desirable) If you possess the above skills and experience, please apply now, or contact Terri Coombes on 03 9088 2279 for a confidential discussion.
