Why Join Us Collaborative, GP-led practice with a supportive team environment Flexible work options (casual, part-time, or full-time) Career growth opportunities, including leadership development Well-established, accredited practice with deep community ties About the Role Depending on your scope and registration, responsibilities may include: Conducting patient assessments, care planning, and follow-up Managing acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing and referrals (NP) Ordering and interpreting diagnostics within scope (NP) Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, iron infusions, and minor procedures Chronic disease management: Care Plans, Health Assessments, Comprehensive Medical Assessments Patient education and preventative health initiatives Maintaining accurate records and collaborating closely with GPs and healthcare professionals What You’ll Need For Nurse Practitioners: Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA Authority to prescribe under PBS and order diagnostics under MBS Experience in general practice/primary care Strong clinical reasoning and autonomous practice skills For Practice Nurses (RNs): Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous general practice experience (preferred) Proficiency with Best Practice software (desirable) Strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills
