Your new role: Join the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) and play a key part in supporting essential service delivery that helps Queenslanders maintain their independence at home. Undertake a range of storeroom functions including receipt, dispatch, storage, packing and delivery of aids and equipment. Operate equipment such as forklifts safely and in accordance with legislative and policy requirements. Coordinate couriers and third-party logistics for the collection and delivery of assistive technology. Maintain accurate records and utilise software systems to support MASS operations. About you: We're looking for an organised and reliable team player who takes pride in supporting efficient, high-quality service delivery. Demonstrated experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally within a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and suppliers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing priorities with minimal supervision. Competent in using software applications for stock control and data management.
