The Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Help at Home team in Christies Beach. You will manage a team of Coordinators, Program Assistants, Admin Assistants, and Home Support Workers to support clients in achieving independence and living their best lives. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality service, mentoring your team, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Kalyra’s Help at Home integrates services funded under the federal Support at Home program and CHSP. Desired Skills and Experience Essential Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Human or Behavioural Sciences, Aged Care, or Community Services. Proven experience managing frontline employees in healthcare, disability, or community services. NCC Police Clearance, current C-Class SA Driver’s Licence, and up-to-date vaccinations per policy.
