As a designer for the Pursuits Creative team, you will work to produce high quality deliverables to high value strategic accounts. We’re looking for a creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design, from production through to presentation to internal clients. Working within the KPMG brand guidelines you will produce a wide range of design materials and be a trusted resource for the business by understanding and anticipating the clients’ needs. Output is frequently high profile; the creativity, quality, and timeliness of the end product is therefore of critical importance. This role requires strong design capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Your new role You will be responsible for: Creating impactful designs that capture and promote our firm vision Developing design solutions across a range of channels Knowledge and application of KPMG’s visual identity. Client liaison and stakeholder management Creation, monitoring and management of project deadlines Layout and document formatting Web design via our templated website builder platform Diagram and infographic creation Coordination of final artwork production which includes management of external suppliers Actively contribute to strategy sessions and follow-up / debrief meetings with all levels of staff within the firm. Flexibility to meet project team demands in order to produce the required output, including remote working, client site work, weekend or after-hours work. Contributing to the development of reusable templates and design systems that support brand integrity and efficiency (Templafy & Canva). Using AI-approved tools and project management platforms (e.g. Wrike) to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery. You bring to the role Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in Design Ability to understand and interpret briefs, and execute in a creative and strategic manner Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools and emerging technologies. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise, set and meet deadlines. The ability to build rapport quickly and develop working relationships with the most senior people across the firm. Ability to accept and deliver constructive criticism. Be proactive in the use of AI tools to improve design workflows and support creative innovation An interest in innovation and mastering the next best thing Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Firefly. Some knowledge and understanding of digital outputs i.e web, video, motion graphics Preferred Bachelor or tertiary degree in Design.
