Job Description What you’ll do: As an Outbound Account Manager at carsales, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with dealer management teams across your portfolio. This is a phone-based role focused on developing long-term partnerships that deliver value for both our clients and carsales. Your work will involve understanding each dealer’s business objectives, challenges, and priorities, then using that insight to recommend tailored solutions from the carsales product suite. You’ll provide advice, education, and support to help dealers get the most from their investment and achieve their growth goals. Manage existing client relationships and understand their business needs. Provide strategic analysis of dealer performance and recommend solutions. Advise on best practice for dealership performance and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete solutions for clients. Track all client interactions through CRM tools and manage your pipeline. Achieve revenue and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling. Support clients with product updates, training, and feature adoption.
