Their services include injury diagnosis, certification, treatment, and wound care through a network of clinics, with a strong emphasis on timely return-to-work outcomes. InjuryCare offers tailored pre-employment medical checks, emergency on-call services for VIP clients, and coaching for managers in injury management. They also conduct Whole Person Impairment (WPI) assessments and provide medical services for various industries, from mines to corporate offices. Injury Care are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join the dynamic team. As an ICT Business Analyst at Injury Care Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with users to gather and document business requirements, and analyzing current processes and workflows. Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to business practices and system functionality. Utilizing project management principles to develop plans, manage resources, and oversee project execution. Managing the deployment of solutions, including creating and implementing system test plans to ensure quality. Preparing user guides, conducting training, and developing functional specifications for system developers. Using data and process modeling to create system specifications for software design and development. Acting as a key reference, providing guidance during system project decision-making Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in business process modeling and requirements analysis. Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with injury care, healthcare, or insurance industries is an advantage.
