The Role: We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across Domestic & International terminals. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: ✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment ✅ Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites ✅ Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset ✅ Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement ✅ Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels ✅ Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals ✅ Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance What We’re Looking For: Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting Strong computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel Confident leadership and people management skills Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail ️ Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling ⏰ Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays Relevant working rights in Australia & ability to obtain airport clearance Perks & Benefits: Parking – No one likes paying for it!
