We are currently recruiting for a well-established and growing builder/developer in South-West Sydney , delivering luxury residential apartments and contemporary homes across Greater Sydney. They are looking for Estimator / Contracts Administrators (multiple positions) to join their team and support contracts management, cost control, and project estimation. This is an excellent opportunity for both junior candidates and those with a background in Quantity Estimating or Quantity Surveying who are ready to take the next step in their career. About the Role You will work closely with the Senior Contracts Administrator, assisting with all aspects of estimation, contracts management, and cost control for high-rise residential projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and grow within a rapidly expanding team. Key Responsibilities Conduct quantity take-offs (Cubit Buildsoft or Bluebeam preferred, but not mandatory) Assist with head contract setup and preparing construction budgets Tender and let contracts for trade works and suppliers Prepare quantity reconciliations for project materials and subcontract works Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation Contribute to improving project systems and processes Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years' local experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office & G Suite ; experience with Cubit, Jobpac, or FieldView highly regarded Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively Proactive, motivated, and a team player with a can-do attitude Integrity, professionalism, and high ethical standards Benefits Work with an ISO certified and iCERT rated builder/developer Learn advanced construction management applications (Jobpac/Viewpoint TEAMs/FieldView, PayApps & Cubit Buildsoft) Opportunities to upskill in contracts management and estimation Supportive, fun, and hard-working team environment Genuine career progression in a rapidly growing company About the Company This South-West Sydney-based builder/developer is ISO certified and iCERT rated , with a strong reputation for delivering luxury residential apartments and contemporary homes across Greater Sydney.
