About the Opportunity As our Product Manager - Memorialisation , you'll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Invocare's tribute offerings, spanning digital (video tributes, live streaming, service collateral) and non-digital experiences across our iconic brands. You'll be empowered to: Drive end-to-end product innovation: Use customer insights and data to deliver memorable, customer-centric solutions that set new industry standards. Lead the digital product roadmap: Optimise and enhance existing features while building new capabilities that deliver value for families and the business. What You'll Bring 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner, ideally with customer-facing digital assets. Proven track record in digital organisations, with a passion for improving customer experience. Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Innovative mindset, vision, and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Experience empowering scrum teams and managing stakeholder communications.
