Join a busy, high-performing autobody repair centre in Thomastown as our client's new Spare Parts Coordinator . We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping workflow on track. About the Role: You'll play a key role in the repair process by managing all incoming parts, invoices, and credits, ensuring the right parts reach the right vehicles on time. You'll coordinate with technicians, estimators, and suppliers to keep jobs running smoothly and customers happy. What You'll Do: Receive, unpack and check incoming parts deliveries Cost and allocate parts accurately in iBodyshop Organise awaiting parts and manage credits Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve parts issues Maintain accurate records and support workshop efficiency What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a similar Parts Coordinator or Parts Interpreter role Experience in a panel shop or automotive environment Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of iBodyshop and/or PartsCheck (highly regarded) If you're proactive, methodical, and ready to take ownership of the parts process, we'd love to hear from you.
