You'll be collaborating daily with logistics partners, DCs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, connecting the dots between commercial data and on-the-ground performance. Analyse end-to-end supply chain data - demand, inventory, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency. Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. Support continuous improvement projects that enhance forecasting, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance. Monitor stock levels across DCs and restaurants, identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements. Collaborate with marketing and operations on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track DIFOT, cost changes, and service levels. Provide actionable insights to the Director of Supply Chain that support strategic transformation initiatives. Partner with a range of stakeholders throughout the supply chain process, retail network, operations, merchandising and marketing teams. Candidate Profile You could be a Supply Chain Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Finance Analyst who's moved into supply chain & operations - someone who thrives on solving problems with data and people . You're confident working across functions, turning complex data into clear insights, and building relationships that drive change. You enjoy getting close to the action - visiting DCs, suppliers, and even restaurants to understand how things really work. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly. Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG environment (multi-site exposure ideal). Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data visualisation. Advanced Excel skills (data modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas). Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand, inventory, logistics). Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - able to influence without authority. Hands-on, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving Any exposure or understanding of the food supply chain / FMCG or QSR would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
