About the role Our client is seeking a Roofing Supervisor with a proven background in new roofing installations for residential builds. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with at least 5 years of roofing experience, who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficient project delivery. You'll coordinate and oversee roof installations across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with safety regulations. Tasks and Responsibilities Lead and carry out Colorbond roof installs on new residential homes Ensure safety compliance on all worksites, including guardrail setup and maintenance Liaise with builders, trades, and internal staff to manage scheduling and site readiness Conduct quality checks and provide hands-on support as needed Mentor and guide roofing teams and apprentices. Skills and Experience Trade qualified or minimum 5 years' experience in Colorbond roofing, including fascia and guttering (residential preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of Australian roofing standards and safety compliance Current driver's licence and own transport White Card (mandatory) Benefits and Perks A positive and supportive team and a role that offers independence and long-term growth opportunities.
