About the Role The purpose of this role is to acquire new customers for Soft Tech through utilizing Soft Tech’s product and service offerings. The role will work closely with the Account Management team and the wider Sales & Marketing team to ensure strategic growth within our portfolio of window, doors and glass clients in the APAC Region. Key Position Responsibilities Include: You will be focused on searching out new opportunities and getting clients to uncover unmet needs and challenges that we can solve through our products and services including: Working with small to enterprise level window and door companies throughout APAC region. Achieving an agreed sales target through the acquisition of new customers. New business planning and market mapping. Campaign and marketing planning with our Marketing Manager. Lead development and engagement. Effective customer hand-overs to Account Management team. Presenting and speaking at events. Provide support and guidance to Strategic Account Manager. Ensure concise and focused customer centric communication with all parties. Required Experience and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the window and door (fenestration) industry with a minimum of 3-5 years working with and/or selling to corporate clients in this space. Proven verifiable track record building relationships with C-Suite decision makers Strong relationship building skills and ability to lead cross-functional work teams to deliver against a common goal. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex commercial solutions with long sales cycles. Ability to work in an agile, constantly changing environment. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction or Engineering discipline. Estimating/manufacturing software experience. V6 experience preferred but not essential.
