About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team about 2 hours from Melbourne city. This service provides integrated, person-centred care that addresses social, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This role is suitable for a: Mental health Nurse Psychologist Mental Health OT Social Worker As a Mental Health Clinician, you will: Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for individuals in mental health crisis. Develop collaborative care plans and support exit planning to reduce relapse risk. Deliver outreach and centre-based support using a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach. Work closely with consumers, carers, lived experience staff, and community partners. Contribute to service development, evaluation, and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Essential: Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy. Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, APS, AASW).
