About the Role In this role, you will: Supervise and support a team Carry out and co-ordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment Oversee procurement and inventory, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and operations teams to ensure timely and effective repairs. Ensure workshop compliance, safety, and quality standards are met. Complete computer-based tasks using MS Office and online maintenance systems. Training and support are available for candidates with limited supervisory experience. About You To be successful, you'll have: A trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic (essential) A current HR driver's licence (essential) Experience working on diesel heavy vehicles (essential) A Forklift licence (preferred or willing to obtain) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A calm, adaptable, and safety-focused approach Computer literacy (basic MS Office skills and ability to learn maintenance software) We would love to hear from you if you're a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with an HR Licence, leadership potential, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
