Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, ordering, inventory control, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked with top-quality products. Customer Engagement: Foster long-lasting relationships with our valued trade customers, ensuring their needs are met with expert advice and exceptional service. Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets by promoting store products, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities within the local trade community. Health & Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant store environment for both customers and staff in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and review performance reports, manage budgets, and drive efficiency initiatives to improve store profitability. Skills & Experience: Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team and fostering a positive, productive store culture. Trade Knowledge: A strong understanding of the trade industry, with experience working in a trade or retail environment (preferred). Sales Savvy: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, exceed targets, and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Problem Solver: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to solve problems creatively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with inventory and point-of-sale systems; prior experience with store management software a plus. Why Join Us?
