We are seeking an EUC / Network Smart Hands Engineer to provide on-call / casual onsite support across client locations in Australia. The role involves desktop and network hardware troubleshooting, break-fix activities, installations, and coordination with remote support teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite support for end-user devices and basic network equipment. Perform break-fix, IMAC activities, and hardware replacements. Assist with network device installations (routers, switches, APs) and cabling/patching. Coordinate with remote service desk and update ticketing systems. Ensure SLA compliance and accurate activity reporting. Required Skills: 3 years experience in EUC / Desktop / Network/ Field Support / Smart Hands. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals). Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP, cabling, patch panels). Experience with Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy). Good communication and ability to travel to client sites.
