About the role Be the first point of contact for patients — manage appointments, handle calls with care, and provide friendly, professional service to patients, families, and clinical teams. Keep everything running seamlessly — coordinate bookings, transport, interpreters, and liaise with departments such as Veterans’ Affairs and Health Information Services. Use your attention to detail — maintain accurate electronic medical records, prepare reports, letters, and ensure all documentation is filed and processed efficiently. Support clinical excellence — assist with clinical trials, country clinics, and administrative processes that contribute directly to quality patient care. About you Proven experience in healthcare administration – you understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compassion when supporting patients and clinical teams. Excellent communication skills – you’re confident interacting with patients, families, and colleagues, with strong written and verbal abilities. Strong organisation and time management – you can juggle multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and always meet deadlines. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented – you’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with systems such as Medical Records and Medicare HPOS.
