Are you a seasoned infrastructure engineer with deep expertise in NetApp and CommVault? Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise storage and backup systems across hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities Architect and deploy storage and backup solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365). Develop and manage backup strategies, monitor job success, and optimize performance. Lead disaster recovery planning and conduct recovery drills. Monitor and tune system performance; plan for future capacity. Troubleshoot failures and restore functionality to prevent data loss. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards (e.g., ASD Essential 8). Key Skills Required Hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems and CommVault backup tools. Proficiency with SAN/NAS/DAS, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage. Familiarity with Veeam, Rubrik, AWS Backup, Azure Recovery Services. Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Strong understanding of Windows/Linux OS, VMware/Hyper-V, and storage protocols. Proven experience managing NetApp storage in enterprise environments. Expertise in cloud storage integration and secure data management.
