The Role This role offers the chance to make a real difference by delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy and contributing to the growth and excellence of mental health services across regional Queensland. Roles also available in Suicide Prevention, AOD, Mental Health, Child Protection, Aged Care Mental Health, Family and Domestic Violence and Counselling. You will: Deliver individual and group therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness) to people experiencing mental health challenges Ensure service delivery aligns with best-practice standards and program outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways and collaborative care Work across face-to-face and digital modalities to enhance accessibility for clients Contribute to program development, service improvement, and evaluation initiatives About You You are an experienced, motivated clinician who is passionate about supporting and fostering positive mental health outcomes.
