About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Company Manager to lead and oversee our fleet operations. This is a pivotal role focused on optimizing transport efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Organising the purchase, maintenance, and servicing of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel supplies. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice on vehicle types, rental or purchase rates, customer obligations, and handling any complaints effectively. Receiving and managing orders and bookings while planning and implementing efficient transportation schedules. Ensuring that goods are stored and transported in conditions that maintain their quality and integrity. Coordinating the timely collection and delivery of vehicles and goods to meet client and operational requirements. Maintaining accurate business records and preparing operational statements, reports, and performance metrics. Ensuring all transport operations are compliant with current occupational health and safety regulations and standards. Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years of proven experience in transport or fleet management. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, compliance, and logistics operations.
