• 2x Temp full-time opportunities • Role based in Northern Rivers (Lismore), with flexible/hybrid working environment • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464- $142,665 super About the roles We have 2x exciting opportunities to perform project management and governance activities to support coordinate divisional reporting and business planning, including for the Resilient Homes Program (RHP). • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and team managers in the Northern Rivers to coordinate divisional reporting and advise on improvements related to data capture and program monitoring. • Design and coordinate project and program interdependency mapping, working with projects leads to proactively identify, manage and leverage interdependencies. • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management, including with Corporate Services support teams and project teams. • Draft briefs, meeting packs and executive correspondence relating to project governance and implementation. • Proactively identify and escalate risks and control measures. About You To be successful in this governance reporting role, you will have experience using data reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI. You can manage competing priorities and have excellent attention to detail. You have an ability to work in a fast-paced and complex government environment with strong communications skills to liaise with agency and community stakeholders.
