The Role: We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the disability sector. This strategic role involves identifying opportunities, building partnerships, developing services, and providing 3-month post-client acquisition support to ensure successful implementation and lasting impact. What You'll Do: Develop and execute business development strategies with the General Manager - Disability to drive sustainable growth. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic partnerships. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organisations, and advocacy groups. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and manage risks. Achieve and exceed revenue targets for new client acquisition and service expansion. Act as first point of contact for prospective clients, managing enquiries and service discussions. Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business. Represent Lumia Care at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings. Provide 3-month post-client acquisition support to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. What Success Looks Like: Revenue growth and exceeding new business targets.
