The Role JK are partnering with a well-established Ballarat team that manufactures essential automotive and industrial products used across Australia. You’ll be part of a friendly team, operating and monitoring machinery to help meet daily production targets. You’ll rotate between different workstations, keep your area safe and tidy. The environment is hands-on, team-oriented, and safety-focused. Duties Operate and monitor machinery safely Help your team meet production targets Rotate between workstations for variety Maintain a clean and safe workspace Skills & Experience Experience in manufacturing or similar work (1 year preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to follow safety rules and wear PPE (hi-vis, boots, etc.) Forklift license is a bonus, but not required Working hours This role will be afternoon shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm, with training being completed on day shift for 2 weeks.
