Maintenance Supervisor – Campbelltown, Silverdale, Austral locations Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This hands-on leadership role will see you supervising trades staff to carry out after-sales repairs and maintenance, implement preventative maintenance programs, and conduct regular inspections. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate records, including work orders, photos, and inspection reports Promoting a strong culture of safety and compliance Identifying and documenting any faults found during inspections Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and functional Overseeing the quality and presentation of completed work Leading and motivating your team to achieve the best possible results About you: You will ideally have a carpentry background , though other building-related trades may be considered.
