In this role, you will focus on supporting individuals engaged in the HACC PYP and Support for Carers Program to access meaningful, flexible activities that promote connection, wellbeing, and respite. You will coordinate and deliver a dynamic service model that fosters participation in everyday activities, improves confidence, social connectedness, supports emotional wellbeing, and encourages healthy, active lifestyles. Your skills and experience Relevant tertiary/post-secondary qualifications in community services, disability, or related disciplines and experience of working with vulnerable people. Victorian Driver’s License. Current First Aid and CPR certificate Demonstrated ability to participate in a multi-skilling learning environment and be able to relate positively to a broad range of people from diverse backgrounds Ability to deliver capacity building and social inclusion activities for people with all abilities Proven capacity to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and other agencies.
