Job Description Oaks Lake Crackenback resort are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team on a casual basis. This role includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in supporting our culinary operations by: Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen. Team Support: Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during busy periods. Kitchen Standards: Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Learning and Development: Taking initiative to develop your culinary skills and grow within a supportive and professional kitchen environment. Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Split shifts required on some days Hourly rates (excluding super): Monday - Friday: $35.15 per hour Saturday: $42.18 per hour Sunday: $49.21 per hour
