Job Description As a Business Analyst , you’ll play a key role in connecting our business with our technology team — driving improvements to HCA’s bespoke recruitment systems and shaping the future of our digital operations. You’ll also work with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and Coordinate workshops, gather feedback, and develop detailed functional specifications Partner closely with our tech team to support delivery of new features and system integrations Lead analysis for projects such as integrating Salesforce with our recruitment systems and redesigning self-service platforms Help introduce further new automation and AI-driven features across the business Work autonomously, managing your own deliverables, priorities, and risks Let's talk about you! You’re a commercially minded BA who thrives on working closely with business teams to understand needs and turn them into smart, practical system solutions. You don’t get lost in analysis — you value progress, pace, and clear communication. You’ll need to bring proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, recruitment, or similar system environments and be comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow. Bonus points if you have experience with .NET-based platforms , Salesforce integration , or AI-related initiatives . This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Adelaide , with the potential to extend or transition to permanent for the right candidate.
