Job Description Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction. Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional. Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes. Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled. Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions. Securely storing and delivering guest luggage. Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience.
