Part-time, 25 hours per week across Monday - Friday Temp – Perm opportunity, office-based position $34 - $36 per hour super comms WOW Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Appointment Setter and Research Consultant to work with a leading supplier of mortgage broking, financial planning, and superannuation services. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads, scheduling, and conducting comprehensive appointments. You’ll utilise a dialler system and follow scripts but are encouraged to use your intuition to adapt and engage effectively. What you will be doing? Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads to schedule appointments. Conduct thorough fact-finding sessions with qualified leads to understand their needs. Consistently book 5 high-quality appointments per day and conduct at least one fact-finding session daily. Accurately log interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the appropriate stakeholders. What do you bring? 2 years of experience in an Appointment Setter, Sales or similar position. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and intuitively. Experience working in a KPI & target-driven organisation. Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
